Horror is set to return to the big screen with a vengeance as the first teaser of ‘Haunted 3D: Ghosts of the Past’ has officially dropped — and it promises a terrifying descent into the unknown. Directed by Vikram Bhatt, the film brings back the essence of atmospheric horror with a modern edge, and is slated for release in cinemas on 21st November 2025.
Reuniting the successful creative trio of Mahesh Bhatt, Anand Pandit, and Vikram Bhatt, the project follows in the footsteps of their previous horror hit, 1920: Horrors of the Heart. But this time, the stakes are even higher, the shadows even darker, and the secrets far more sinister. As the teaser warns — “Some secrets are meant to be buried… some refuse to stay quiet.”
Set against the backdrop of an eerie mansion filled with whispers of the dead, Haunted 3D: Ghosts of the Past is poised to deliver a visually immersive and emotionally haunting experience. The 3D element, a signature of Vikram Bhatt’s horror ventures, adds an extra layer of intensity that promises to keep audiences on edge.
The film features a gripping ensemble cast including Mimoh Chakraborty, Chetna Pande, Shruti Prakash, Gaurav Bajpai, Praneet Bhatt, and Hemant Pandey. It is produced by Anand Pandit, Rakesh Juneja, and Shwetambari Bhatt, with co-producers Roopa Pandit, Dilipsoni Jaiswal, Rahul V Dubey, Manish Bhushan Mishra, Mehboob Ansari, and Sanjay Singh. Global distribution is being handled by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures.
