Film production and distribution company KRG Studios is teaming with acclaimed filmmaker Anjali Menon on a Tamil-language feature film, their foray into Tamil language.
Sharing the poster for the film, KRG Studios tweeted, “A beautiful journey begins….#KRG07 to be directed by the wonder woman @AnjaliMenonFilm @TulseaTalent, We, @KRG_Studios foray into tamil cinema with this story about Love and Life. @Karthik1423 @yogigraj @vjsub”
Hitherto a Kannada-language specialist, KRG is now expanding across the four southern Indian languages that also include Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil. The company established its studio distribution business in 2017 and has distributed more than 100 films in the southern Indian state of Karnataka.
Expressing her excitement, Anjali Menon wrote, “Happy to share news about the next film and our exciting association with @KRG_Studios @Karthik1423 @vjsub @yogigraj, It’s a first step for me with Tamil and with all the blessings, I hope we can bring together a memorable movie.”
Anjali Menon has won international, national and state awards for her work and is best known for her feature films Manjadikuru, Kerala Cafe, Ustad Hotel, Bangalore Days, Koode and Wonder Women.
Menon is represented by Tulsea, a strategic media and content management company that represents writers, directors, actors, technicians and producers in India and internationally.
