It’s double the joy for star couple Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela, who are all set to welcome their second child! The couple shared the heartwarming news on social media, and fans across the globe can’t stop celebrating.
Upasana took to Instagram with a touching video featuring Ram Charan, megastar Chiranjeevi, and close family and friends from the celebration. The clip captured moments of joy, laughter, and blessings, as guests showered Upasana with love and gifts.
“This Diwali was all about double the celebration, double the love and double the blessings,” Upasana captioned the video, which ended with the words “New beginnings” — a perfect symbol of the exciting chapter ahead for the Konidela family.
Ram Charan and Upasana’s love story has been one for the ages. The couple got engaged in December 2011 and tied the knot in June 2012 in a grand ceremony in Hyderabad. In 2023, they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Klin Kaara Konidela, a name inspired by the Lalitha Sahasranamam — representing purifying energy and spiritual awakening.
On the professional front, Ram Charan was last seen in Game Changer, a Telugu political action drama directed by Shankar. The film saw him in dual roles alongside Kiara Advani, Anjali, S. J. Suryah, and others, portraying a government official determined to reform India’s political system.
Up next, the RRR star will appear in Peddi, a sports masala film directed by Buchi Babu Sana, co-starring Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. The film is already one of the most anticipated releases in Telugu cinema.
