Raj Nandini is the daughter of a Thakur family, a royal lineage that carries with it a legacy of pride and tradition. As a designer who is well-educated and has studied abroad, Raj Nandini returns to Varanasi with a mission. "She wants to take charge of the family’s business, a business that has been passed down through generations," Sreejita explains. "She’s determined to make her mark, but there’s a twist—because she’s a woman, much of her rights were taken away from her in her childhood. This has created a deep sense of frustration and anger in her. She returns as a strong and powerful woman, ready to reclaim her rightful place."
The role of Raj Nandini is a complex one, filled with emotional depth. It requires Sreejita to think like an antagonist, which she admits is both challenging and stimulating. "The most challenging part of playing an antagonist is the need to think like one. Your mind is constantly bombarded with negative thoughts, and it takes time to adjust to that mindset," she shares candidly.

"She has this attitude of ‘I am the biggest designer, and you are all beneath me,’" says Sreejita, describing her character’s superiority complex. "She looks down upon others, and her arrogance is something that drives her actions throughout the story."
