Legendary actress Waheeda Rehman was visibly moved as she attended the musical evening “Yaadon Ki Geetmala — Down Memory Lane”, a tribute hosted by Priya Dutt in memory of her parents, Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt. Sharing heartfelt memories, Waheeda Rehman spoke about her deep personal bond with the Dutt family, calling the evening an emotional journey that brought back decades of cherished moments from her illustrious career and personal life.
Expressing her feelings, Waheeda Rehman said, “I feel so good being here, and it brings back so many old memories. I did about five films with Mr. Dutt, and I had a very close friendship with Nargis ji.” She fondly recalled how their friendship went far beyond film sets, sharing that they spent hours chatting and laughing together whenever they traveled abroad or met during shoots. According to her, those beautiful memories came flooding back as she attended the event.
