People Media Factory dropped a jaw-dropping new poster and confirmed that the official trailer will release on August 28, 2025, giving fans their first full glimpse into a cinematic universe that blends mythology with superhero spectacle.
Set for a worldwide release on September 12, Mirai draws inspiration from the Itihasas—ancient Indian epics such as the Mahabharata—and reimagines them through a futuristic lens. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the film stars Teja Sajja as Mirai, a warrior tasked with guarding nine sacred scriptures said to hold divine cosmic knowledge. Opposing him is the dark and deadly Black Sword, played by Manchu Manoj, in what promises to be a fierce and layered antagonist role.
