Actor Arjun Das, celebrated for his powerful portrayal of Anbu in Kaithi (2019), is on the cusp of a significant career milestone with his role in the upcoming film Good Bad Ugly, starring Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar. Reflecting on his early struggles and the journey that has led him to this moment, Arjun shared an emotional note expressing his gratitude to Ajith.
In his heartfelt message, Arjun recounted his arrival in Chennai to pursue acting, unsure of how to begin. He credits Suresh Chandra for giving him a chance to be part of his team at D'One, which allowed him to network with directors and producers. During that time, he had the unique opportunity to work closely with Ajith, participating in various aspects of his film promotions, including lending his voice for radio spots and attending theatre visits to gauge audience reactions.
Reflecting on those formative experiences, Arjun stated, “It feels like it all happened just yesterday. Believe it or not, I was the one who uploaded the teaser of Veeram online.”
Throughout his journey, Ajith's kindness and generosity have left a lasting impact on Arjun. He reminisced about Ajith’s consistent support, saying, “He didn't have to, but he always put in a word for me in every movie of his.” The heartfelt connection culminated in a promise Ajith made after Master, stating, “Arjun, we will work together soon.” With Good Bad Ugly, that promise is now fulfilled, making it a dream come true for Arjun.
