As the curtains rise on the biopic "Ikkis" audiences are set to embark on a journey through the extraordinary life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal PVC, the most highly decorated hero of the 1971 War. Produced by Maddock Films Pvt. Ltd. and directed by Sriram Raghavan, this film promises to be a poignant tribute to a man whose bravery and sacrifice continue to inspire generations.

The 1971 War, also known as the Bangladesh Liberation War, was a pivotal moment in the history of the Indian subcontinent. It marked the culmination of years of political turmoil and the eventual liberation of Bangladesh from Pakistan. Among the many heroes who emerged from this conflict, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal stands out for his exceptional courage and selflessness.
 
For his gallantry and valor, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India's highest military decoration. He remains the youngest recipient of this prestigious award.
 
The cast of "Ikkis" includes Agastya Nanda, who portrays the young Arun Khetarpal, along with veteran actor Dharmendra and the talented Jaideep Ahlawat. Their performances, coupled with Sriram Raghavan's direction, promise to bring Arun Khetarpal's story to life in a compelling and unforgettable way.
