Bollywood’s sweetheart Shraddha Kapoor is ready to jump—quite literally—into the bustling, animal-filled world of Disney’s Zootopia 2! The actor will lend her voice to the feisty and lovable rabbit cop Judy Hopps in the Hindi version of the much-awaited sequel. The announcement came from Walt Disney Studios India, and fans can’t stop gushing about this adorable crossover between Bollywood charm and Disney magic.
Disney India dropped a colorful poster featuring Shraddha alongside Judy Hopps, and the internet melted instantly. Shraddha, too, shared the poster on Instagram, writing, “Bohot jyada excited to join the #Zootopia2 family, as the voice of THE AMAZING Judy Hopps in Hindi — she’s feisty, courageous, enthu cutlet aur cute toh hai hi!” If there was ever a perfect match of personality and character, this might just be it — Shraddha’s playful energy seems tailor-made for Judy’s never-give-up attitude.
The makers of the film are equally thrilled, calling Shraddha’s voice “the perfect mix of enthusiasm and innocence” for the ambitious bunny. The sequel’s trailer, released earlier this year, teases another hilarious and heartwarming adventure featuring Judy Hopps and her mischievous partner Nick Wilde, the sly fox voiced by Jason Bateman in English. This time, the duo must solve a high-stakes mystery involving — wait for it — a snake suspect! Oh, and rumor has it, love might finally be in the air for Judy and Nick.
Directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, Zootopia 2 hops into theaters worldwide on November 28, 2025.
