Mumbai witnessed a surge of energy and empowerment as Neha Dhupia, Neeti Mohan, Ananya Birla, and Varun Sood flagged off the GoFloRun 2025, a fitness event dedicated to women’s wellness and menstrual health. Held at the Dome SVP Stadium, the run attracted over 1,500 participants, all coming together to celebrate health, fitness, and awareness.
The event’s core mission was to break societal stigmas surrounding women’s health and promote menstrual hygiene awareness. By combining fitness with advocacy, GoFloRun 2025 provided a vibrant platform for conversations about menstrual wellness while building a supportive community of women.
Actress and wellness advocate Neha Dhupia, along with co-founder Anita Lobo—a former national-level athlete and entrepreneur—led the initiative. Celebrities including Varun Sood, singer Neeti Mohan, and businesswoman/musician Ananya Birla joined the cause, flagging off the run and lending their voices to the mission of empowering women through health education and awareness.
In a meaningful gesture, a portion of the registration fees was donated to NGOs focused on providing menstrual hygiene products and healthcare services to underserved women, reinforcing the event’s commitment to tangible social impact.
Powered by Stayfree Tampons, the event encouraged women to embrace their health journeys, prioritize self-care, and advocate for menstrual dignity. GoFloRun 2025 successfully combined fitness, fun, and social responsibility, setting an inspiring example for wellness-focused initiatives across India.
