In her trademark charm, she admitted, “The moment I heard the title, I instantly liked it… I haven’t even heard the story of the film…only thing I heard was the name Durlabh Prasad and his second marriage. So I asked who is Durlabh Prasad, and I was told it’s Sanjay Mishra, and I said, I am doing this film. I didn’t hear the story.” Now that’s what you call love at first title!
Reflecting on the film’s backdrop—India’s grand, emotion-soaked wedding culture—Mahima added, “There is a huge industry and huge emotion…you know we spend all our money on weddings. In our entire nation, all the halls are booked just for weddings.” And what could be more chaotic, memorable, and hilariously unpredictable than a second wedding starring Sanjay Mishra as Durlabh Prasad?
The actress also expressed her excitement about diving into a comedy, a genre she deeply enjoys. “I like comedy a lot, and working with such a brilliant actor was a thrill… our entire team was good, and we shot in Banaras, so it was a wonderful experience,” she shared.
