After unveiling the official trailer and first single Qatra Qatra, the makers of Ae Watan Mere Watan unveils the first look poster for Emraan Hashmi, who will be seen playing an extended cameo in the period drama.

Actor Emraan Hashmi is seen sporting black-rimmed glasses, a khadi jacket, and a Nehru cap, appeared almost unrecognizable. He will portray Ram Manohar Lohia in the movie, known for his work with Congress Radio, which broadcasted covertly from several locations in Bombay until the early 1940s.
The film revolves around a 22-year-old Usha (played by Sara Ali Khan) who displayed unwavering courage and deep patriotism for the country during the 1942 Quit India Movement, using an underground radio to unite the nation against the British Raj.
Ae Watan Mere Watan’ chronicles the remarkable story of a brave-heart, Usha, who altered the trajectory of India’s fight for independence. Directed by Kannan Iyer, and co-written by Iyer, and Darab Farooqui, the film also stars Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O’Neil, and Anand Tiwari.
A Dharmatic Entertainment Production, produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra, ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ will be released on Prime Video on March 21.
