Sky TV has dropped the official trailer for its upcoming action-packed mini-series Prisoner, and it promises a gripping ride filled with suspense, danger, and moral dilemmas. Set against the backdrop of a ruthless criminal underworld, the series blends intense action with psychological drama, making it one of the most anticipated shows of the season.
Led by Tahar Rahim and Izuka Hoyle, the series introduces viewers to an unlikely and dangerous alliance. Hoyle plays Amber Todd, an ambitious prison transport officer tasked with escorting Tibor Stone, a feared contract killer portrayed by Rahim, to court. Tibor is set to testify against a powerful crime syndicate at The Old Bailey—but things spiral out of control when their convoy is ambushed, leaving them as the only survivors.
Handcuffed together and on the run, Amber and Tibor must navigate a deadly game of survival as the syndicate hunts them down. Trust becomes their biggest weapon—and their greatest risk.
