Directed by the renowned filmmaker Narthan, the film promises to be a gripping noir tale set against a backdrop of intrigue and suspense.

Produced by Geetha Shivarajkumar under Geetha Pictures, "Bhairathi Ranagal" features a stellar ensemble cast. Alongside Shiva Rajkumar in the titular role, the film stars Rahul Bose in a pivotal role. Supporting them are talented actors including Rukmini Vasanth, Devaraj, Chaya Singh, Madhu Guruswamy, Vasishta N. Simha, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and Babu Hirannaiah, each contributing to the narrative with their distinct characters.
"Bhairathi Ranagal" serves as both a sequel and prequel to the 2017 hit film "Mufti," delving deep into the backstory of the enigmatic gangster Bhairathi Ranagal. The storyline explores his past encounters with the undercover cop Gana, played by Shiva Rajkumar in "Mufti," offering audiences a deeper understanding of the characters and their motivations.
