South sensation Jagapathi Babu expressed his excitement and gratitude to Salman Khan for his foray into Bollywood.
Jagapathi Babu worked with Salman Khan in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, and now he is part of Ruslaan, starring Aayush Sharma, brother-in-law of Salman Khan.
During the Ruslaan trailer launch, Jagapathi Babu mentioned that working in Bollywood, especially with Salman Khan, was a dream of his, and he had always been looking forward to it. He said, “I was always looking forward with my arms open for Bollywood, and it happened with Salman Bhai, which was my dream. In 2016, there was an article where I said, I should work in Bollywood, especially with Salman Khan, and that is how it started.”
“When Ruslaan came to me, I did ask Salman Bhai about it, and he was like, yeah do it, it will be really good, and I jumped into it, and I am really happy about it” added Babu.
Helmed by Karan Lalit Butani, the action thriller Ruslaan is produced by K. K. Radhamohan. The film stars Aayush Sharma, Sushrii Shreya Mishraa, Vidya Malvade, Richard Bhakti Klein, Manish Gaharwar and Suniel Shetty. The film is slated for 26th April 2024 release.
Apart from Ruslaan, actor Jagapathi Babu is also busy wrapping Kanguva and Pushpa 2 – The Rule.
