Television stars Ankit Gupta, Shiny Doshi, and Shalin Bhanot came together to celebrate a meaningful milestone—the 20th anniversary of the BETI Movement, a social initiative founded by Anu Ranjan. Held in March 2026, the event blended glamour with purpose through a charity walk and fundraiser aimed at empowering daughters and raising awareness against crimes against women.
Launched in 2006, the BETI Movement has made a significant impact over the years, supporting more than 4,200 girls through education while also providing medical aid to survivors of acid attacks and sexual violence. The 20-year celebration served as both a reflection of its journey and a renewed commitment to its mission, bringing together influential voices from across the entertainment industry.
The evening witnessed a strong turnout of celebrities. From television, stars like Nia Sharma, Arjun Bijlani, Donal Bisht, Shivam Khajuria, and Karan Sharma lent their support. The film fraternity was equally represented, with veterans like Rakesh Roshan, Poonam Sinha, Gulshan Grover, alongside Mahima Chaudhry and Poonam Pandey making their presence felt. International performer Aoora also attended, showing solidarity with the cause.
A major highlight of the event was the runway walk, where celebrities turned showstoppers in outfits styled by Siddhartha Tytler. The fashion showcase carried a powerful message—“No More Fear”—using style as a medium to amplify awareness and spark conversation around women’s safety and empowerment.
