Riding high on the success of Mastiii4, actor Vivek Anand Oberoi expressed his excitement as the much-anticipated pan-India action thriller Spirit officially went on floors. Sharing a picture of the movie placard on social media, he captioned, “An epic cinematic journey begins today as Spirit goes on floors. With love and gratitude, let the spirits soar!” The post also marked the Muhurtham ceremony, a traditional ritual celebrating the start of filming.
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his blockbuster Animal, Spirit features Prabhas in the role of a cop taking on an international crime syndicate. The film promises raw emotions and high-octane action, combining Vanga’s signature gritty style with Prabhas’s pan-India appeal.
Triptii Dimri joins as the female lead, while Prakash Raj and legendary actor Chiranjeevi play pivotal supporting roles. The project initially had Deepika Padukone attached, but following her exit due to scheduling conflicts, Dimri stepped in to bring a fresh dynamic to the narrative.
