Vikram Bhatt is back with a heartfelt love story in his latest film Tumko Meri Kasam, moving away from his signature horror genre. The trailer for the film, which is based on the real-life journey of Dr. Ajay Murdia, was recently launched, and it promises to be a deeply emotional narrative. The film marks the first time Vikram Bhatt has worked with veteran actor Anupam Kher, who plays the pivotal role of Dr. Ajay Murdia.
Sharing his experience of collaborating with Anupam Kher, Vikram Bhatt couldn’t help but admire Kher's remarkable versatility and constant reinvention throughout his career. “Anupam Kher has reinvented himself with every film. After Saransh came Doctor Dang. That’s where the explosion began,” Vikram said. He further expressed that working with Anupam Kher was an effortless experience, comparing it to driving an automatic car.
“Working with Kher Sahab is like driving an automatic car. You just need to feed him, and it runs on its own. You don’t have to do anything. He even gives great suggestions. I had a fantastic time,” Vikram shared.
Tumko Meri Kasam featuring Anupam kher, Ishwak Singh, Adah Sharma, Esha Deol is all set to hit the cinemas on 21 March, 2025.
