The actor on Sunday made a special announcement about the film's advance booking opening at Chitra Cinema in Dadar, Mumbai. It was a memorable event, as the film’s journey truly began at the same venue, marking the launch of the teaser for Chhaava on August 15, 2024 when Stree 2 was released.
Speaking about the film, Vicky expressed, "For us, this is a special event because we wanted to announce something special. The journey of Chhaava began right here. On August 15, 2024 when Stree 2 was released, we launched its teaser at Chitra Cinema in Dadar, Mumbai. The love and support we received from the audience here was very special to us. Now, as we approach Chhaava Diwas, we are coming back to where it all began."
Reflecting on his role in Chhaava, Vicky shared, "As an actor, it’s truly a privilege to portray this role. I am grateful to Laxman Utekar and Dinesh Vijan for this opportunity. In Maharashtra, everyone knows about our Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the ruler of the Maratha Empire , but it’s important that children all around the world understand who our kings were, what they did, and the changes they brought about. The youth of today, and the future generations, should know what our warriors accomplished so that we can share these moments of joy together."
