Bollywood’s newest face, Shreya Sharma, has officially stepped into the spotlight with her debut in Masti 4, released on 21 November 2025. And while joining a blockbuster comedy franchise might sound like a dream, Shreya confesses the journey came with nerves, excitement, and a whole lot of gratitude.
Talking about her first experience on a big commercial film, Shreya says, “It was really nice working on Masti 4. There are so many brilliant actors. It's my debut film, so it was great working with two actresses: Ritesh Sir, Vivek Sir, Aftab Sir, Nargis Ma'am, and Arshad Warsi Sir. It was a lot of fun. I was nervous in the beginning, obviously, because everyone has worked so hard in the industry before, and they've done so much fame, and everyone's films have been such hits. I'm a big fan of everyone, and I was nervous, but everyone made me feel great, and it was a big blessing for me to work in this.”
What makes Masti 4 even more special for her is the film’s unexpected emotional core. Despite the franchise’s adult-comedy image, Shreya believes the latest part brings a refreshing twist.
In her words: “Everyone knows that Masti is an adult comedy and has a very preconceived notion about it. But if you watch Masti 4, I think every woman should see it because even girls are getting love visas in it. So, it's challenging, sir, because it's an adult comedy. But when you see the film, in general, it has a lot to do with the emotions that a husband and wife and two partners are sharing—more than just an adult comedy.”
With this debut, Shreya has marked her arrival with charm, honesty, and a spark that’s impossible to miss.
