Code 3 follows a grizzled, world-weary paramedic (Rainn Wilson) just trying to survive his final 24-hour shift before retirement. Tasked with training his overly enthusiastic and wildly unprepared rookie replacement (Lil Rel Howery), what should’ve been a simple night on duty turns into a chaotic, city-spanning rollercoaster of medical mishaps, brawls, car chases, and very questionable decisions.
From heart attacks to hostage situations, the duo encounters every kind of emergency imaginable, all while trying not to kill each other—or their patients.
