Adah Sharma, known for her ability to continuously impress the audience with fresh and unique roles, is all set to be seen in the upcoming film Tumko Meri Kasam. The actress, who attended the 12th edition of the world’s largest traveling film festival, the Jaran Film Festival, on Friday, spoke about her role in the film, the kind of characters she chooses, and her admiration for Vikram Bhatt.
Adah described Tumko Meri Kasam as a film that appeals to everyone, saying, “This is a film for everyone, especially for the young people who are in love, those who are about to fall in love, and it also touches on the theme of women empowerment.” She further explained the importance of her role in the movie, noting, “If my character wasn’t a part of the film, the movie would have been incomplete. For me, it’s very important that if I’m doing a film, it should have this kind of character. I’ve done so many films and so many roles, but I’ve never done something like this before.”
Adah emphasized her dedication to her audience, saying, “We make films for the audience, and my main focus is always on how the audience will perceive the film. The trailer and the songs have already been well-received by people.”
The actress also spoke highly of the film’s director, Vikram Bhatt, whom she holds in high regard. “Vikram Bhatt is an excellent actor. Whatever you have seen of me in 1920, is what he did and showed me how to do it. So, I’ve learned a lot by following his example, copying whatever he demonstrated,” she shared.
Adah Sharma’s candid reflections reveal her commitment to her craft and her dedication to delivering meaningful roles to her audience. With Tumko Meri Kasam promising to offer a fresh perspective, her portrayal is expected to be a significant part of the film’s emotional depth, bringing an unforgettable character to the screen.
