Sony Pictures has officially dropped the spine-chilling trailer for I Know What You Did Last Summer, a fresh and modern reboot of the cult classic horror franchise. Directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson (Do Revenge), this new take brings a haunting twist to the story that terrified a generation, reigniting the tale of guilt, secrets, and relentless revenge.
Starring a dynamic new ensemble—Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Jonah Hauer-King, Tyriq Withers, Sarah Pidgeon, and Gabbriette Bechtel—alongside seasoned talents like Billy Campbell, Austin Nichols, and The Summer I Turned Pretty’s Lola Tung, the film reintroduces the iconic hook-wielding terror for a new era. Horror fans will be thrilled to see original stars Freddie Prinze Jr. and Jennifer Love Hewitt returning, as survivors of the infamous 1997 Southport Massacre who may hold the key to stopping the bloodshed.
The story follows five friends who, after a fatal car accident, decide to hide their involvement with a solemn pact. But secrets have a way of resurfacing.
