Amazon Prime Video India has announced a new collaboration with Hrithik Roshan’s production house HRX Films and Soda Films Lab for Mess, an upcoming Hindi comedy about one man’s OCD spiraling hilariously out of control. This marks HRX Films’ second collaboration with Prime Video, following the 2025 thriller series Storm.
Directed by Rajesh A. Krishnan, Mess stars Pankaj Tripathi in the lead role, with Hrithik Roshan and producer Eshaan Roshan also prominently featured in the black-and-white teaser poster. Principal photography is set to begin shortly, promising a blend of comedy, chaos, and the distinctive HRX Films style.
HRX Films, a third-generation production house founded to continue the legacy of Hrithik’s grandfather J Om Prakash and father Rakesh Roshan, focuses on content-driven stories with commercial appeal. With Mess, the company continues its mission to back fresh, engaging narratives while leveraging the reach of high-profile collaborations.
The project reflects Prime Video’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its slate of original Indian content through partnerships with established Bollywood talent. By combining Pankaj Tripathi’s comedic prowess with HRX Films’ production expertise, Mess is poised to attract both mainstream audiences and fans of character-driven humor.
With production set to kick off soon, audiences can look forward to a comedy that promises to turn ordinary situations into extraordinary—and chaotic—entertainment, while further cementing HRX Films’ reputation for innovative storytelling.
