The superstar fainted at his home on Tuesday night, reportedly experiencing severe headache, dizziness, and heaviness in his head, prompting immediate medical attention. Speaking to the media after leaving the hospital, Govinda said, “I am fine, I am doing good. I guess Yoga and pranayama is well suited for me. I am trying to better my personality, so I ended up picking up heavy weights and heavy equipment. I think Yoga is well suited for me.”
The actor also shared insights about his ongoing treatment, stating, “I am taking medicine, which doctor prescribed, and for the youngsters trying to get their body in shape, try Yoga and Pranayama. That is a lot better and well suited.” Govinda’s candid remarks highlight his focus on holistic wellness and offer guidance to fans looking to balance fitness with mindfulness practices.
The hospitalization came a day after Govinda visited fellow veteran actor Dharmendra, who was also recently hospitalized in Mumbai. Govinda expressed his admiration for Dharmendra, saying, “Glad he is back home, I pray to God for him. The almighty has created such a huge personality in our country. And we all are Punjabis, so wherever we are in the world, I feel so nice and proud about him. He is such a great guy and nice person.”
