Disney Plus has just dropped the trailer for their upcoming comedy film, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip. Directed by Marvin Lemus and written by Matt Lopez, the movie promises to deliver non-stop laughs and plenty of heart.
The film stars an ensemble cast led by Eva Longoria, Jesse Garcia, Paulina Chávez, Rose Portillo, Cristo Fernández, Harvey Guillén, Mabel Cadena, Michelle Buteau, Thom Nemer, and the legendary Cheech Marin.
The story follows 11-year-old Alexander and his family as they embark on a Spring Break vacation to Mexico City, which turns into a disaster when they stumble upon a cursed idol. As their dream trip quickly spirals into chaos, the family must work together to return the idol to its rightful home.
Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip is adapted from Judith Viorst’s beloved book Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. The screenplay, penned by Matt Lopez, takes a comedic spin on the original story, bringing new adventures and mishaps to the big screen.
Set to release on March 28, 2025, the movie is sure to be a family favorite, filled with laughter, heartwarming moments, and a whirlwind of misadventures.
