Newly-minted Padma Shri winner, Yuvraj Singh was supposed to be the first guest on Sunil Grover's soon to debut TV show ‘Mad In India’.

A source told Mirror that the cricketer had agreed to make an appearance and the shooting schedule was set for last week. Then came the announcement that Yuvraj has won a Padma Shri. And soon after he bowed out of the gig. 

So what caused the sudden change of heart? When we asked Yuvraj, he said, "They were very sweet to call me but due to prior commitments I could not go. But, at some stage I would love to attend the show as a guest." Did the recent felicitation play a role in him turning down the offer?
