Looks like Nesan is working furiously to get his Jilla with Vijay  and Kajal Aggarwal  on the floors soon. While the director did a hush-hush photoshoot with the lead pair in the city recently, we hear the first schedule of the film will begin next week in Madurai.

A source close to the project reveals, "The team did a photo session with Vijay and Kajal in a studio in Chennai recently. They are very happy with the outcome, and want to keep the look of the film a secret."

The source adds, "The shooting for the film will commence from May 13 in Madurai, and this leg of filming will have most of the artists, including Kajal and Mohanlal. They will shoot in the temple town until the end of this month. Vijay is likely to join the unit from June 3 in Chennai. The film will progress at brisk speed and the team is looking at finishing off a major portion of the talkies soon."
