Colors’ Beintehaa, produced by Fortune Productions will see the entry of noted actor Suneel Sinha who has done movies like Maachis, Rudaali, Aamras etc. On television, Suneel has been part of Uttaran on Colors and Preet Se Bandhi Ye Dori Ram Milaayi Jodi on Zee TV.
Along with the romance brewing between Zain (Harshad Arora) and Aaliya (Preetika Rao) in Beintehaa on Colors, the show has managed to keep the viewers hooked on to the story with the current mystery track. To spice things up the show now has a new entry in the form of noted actor Suneel Sinha will enter the show to throw some more light on the mystery behind Barkat who is supposed to be Usman Abdullah (Naved Aslam) and Suraiya's (Suchitra Pillai) daughter.
Suneel will portray the role of Mir Khan, close friend and colleague of Osman who would know about Barkat’s whereabouts. We hear that Mir would have been responsible in taking Barkat away from the family.
Apart from Suneel Sinha, even veteran actor Arif Zakaria was considered for the same character.
