Shaleen Malhotra, who is better known as ACP Arjun from Star Plus’ Arjun has impressed everyone with his razor-sharp attitude and fine performance. Last seen as the captain of Pune Anmol Ratan in Sony TV’s Box Cricket League, Shaleen, is a real fitness freak.

Shaleen said” I look myself in the mirror and stay motivated. I think the biggest achievement is when you work hard to improve your health. I have never taken any supplement. My diet keeps on changing but I avoid indulging in sweets and rice.”

He also admits that he loves to work out.
