Riteish Deshmukh is all set to release the film Balak Palak (BP), his first Marathi venture as a producer. Riteish had mentioned earlier this year that he was interested in producing a Marathi film. Soon there was news about him being in discussions with Natarang and Balgandharva director Ravi Jadhav. When contacted some days ago, Ravi had said, "My only focus for now is Balak Palak. I will not discuss other projects now." 

The director had carefully kept Riteish's involvement in the film a secret. Riteish too had maintained, "It is too early to speak about my Marathi projects." However, it was a pleasant surprise when Ravi posted the link of the first trailer of Balak Palak on a social networking site thanking Riteish , Uttung Thakur and the rest of the BP team. Must say the actor and director were successful in surprising the audiences.
