Pratyuaha Banerjee has yet again got into headlines for a wrong reason!! As we know, the beautiful lass was recently accused of fraud after failing to clear the lavish hotel bill of her birthday party held earlier this year (August 10).

As per the reports that have already hit media, the owner of the Addiction Lounge, Andheri has filed a case against her at the Versova Police Station, after the actress’ cheque bounced.

However, Pratyusha has been denying the news, and has gone on to say that she is unaware of such a development.
Now, her boy friend Rahul raj Singhreacts to the entire controversy surrounding his girl, by clarifying their stand.

Says Rahul “During the post-party settlement, the hotel authorities made a bill of beverages like cocktails and Red Bulls served by them at the party, which was not part of the pre-decided menu list made by us. I told the hotel authorities that we have to sit and discuss the exact amount. On hearing this, they asked me to give them a cheque, and assured that they will not present the cheque, and they can get back and settle the amount. But post this incident, we both have been unavailable. Nevertheless, the point to be noted here is that we have already made a payment of nearly 85% of the sum total.”

As we know, both Pratyusha and Rahul are presently in Goa.
