Jhankaar Beats and Rock On star Purab Kohli will be seen participating in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, as one of the 13 contestants. The VJ-turned-actor says he decided to become a part of the show to learn different dance forms.

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa contestant Purab Kohli is all excited to participate in the dance reality show and is leaving no stone unturned to make a mark for himself in the field of dancing.

Purab Kohli has previously attempted to excel at dance when he first took up Salsa under the expert guidance of dance guru Shiamak Davar some years back.

Purab said in a statement, 'I signed up for 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' in order to take formal training in different dance forms that are challenging and that will get me to push my limits to become a performer at international dance forms, especially 'Tango'.

Purab has made some very special requests to his choreographer Mohina. She has been instructed to incorporate Salsa and Tango dance moves wherever possible so that Purab can jump onto the brag-brigade and finally achieve his dreams of becoming a superlative dancer.

The show will be judged by filmmaker Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and choreographer-director Remo D'Souza.'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa', likely to begin in June, will be aired on Colors channel.
