Pratyusha Banerjee's suicide case has been taking turn of events for long and her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh who was charged with abetment to suicide has been granted anticipatory bail.

Pratyusha's lawyer gave a statement 

Pratyusha's lawyer- Special Public Persecutor Nilesh Pawaskar gave a statement to the court, “Rahul has been impressing girls by telling them his mother is an MLA, he owns a casino in Sri Lanka and around 150 acres of land at his native place. Pratyusha, along with several other girls, was a victim of his grand statements”

Pawaksar also submitted the DVD which contained last conversation between Pratyusha and Rahul and said that Rahul should be booked by the court for more than just abetment. The last conversation happened at 3.43 pm (not long before Pratyusha hanged herself) on 1 April. The chat between them lasted for 201 seconds. The content for the same is as follows:

Pratyusha: You cheater, tumne mujhe cheat kiya hai, mujhe mere maa baap se alag kar diya, ab dekho main kya karne ja rahi hoon (You cheater, you cheated on me, you separated me from my parents, now see what I do) 

Rahul: What happened? I will talk to you once I reach home, I am on the way; till I reach, don’t do anything.
