After running for a little more than three months, TV show Piya Basanti Re will go off air on December 12.
Alan Kapoor, who plays the protagonist, says, "I am not sure about the reason, but we shot the last episode a few days ago. It was a good show, so yes, we were shocked when we heard it was going off air. I have been part of many shows, but this one is very close to my heart and it pains me to know that I won't be seeing it on screen after a week."
