Talented actress Nupur Alankar will soon enter Sphere Origins's  'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Ek Baar Phir' on Star Plus as Siddharth’s (Ankit Modgill) mother.

Nupor's character will provide comic relief to the show with the lady being very talkative.. The comedy won't be forced but will be situational. She plays a middle-class mother and has come to meet her son.The lady will be shown to be a very simple person, completely believing in the Maharashtrian culture.Siddharth. Nupur will play the loving and caring mother, who at times would become possessive about her son.

Nupur said, 'I always wanted to play a Maharashtrian character. My Marathi role in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha (Season 2) did not shape up as expected. So it is nice to have got another chance to don a similar getup.I am returning to comedy after a long gap and I am personally fun-loving and caring, so I thought playing this part would be easy and will keep me light all day'.

Nupur who was last seen in an unusual love tale in Bindass Yeh Hai Aashiqui, has started shooting for Iss Pyaar and her entry will air soon.
