At a time when Kannada actor Upendra is busy working in three films—Brahma, Sri Jagadguru Aadi Sankara and Basavanna—reports say the actor has signed one more film. The yet-to-titled film has been produced by K Manju. In fact, Manju has managed to get dates from the actor, who is busy working in three films simultaneously.
Nothing much has been revealed about the film. The film will be directed by Uppi's friend N Loknath, who had earlier directed the real star in H2o, along with Rajaram.
Uppi's film Basavanna is making news for all the wrong reasons. The film directed by Srinivasa Raju, maker of Dandupalya has run in to rough weather over the title Basavanna. Then the director wanted to name the film Brahmana. However, that too has now landed in controversy, with the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) refusing to give permission for the second title. Sources say the film might get released without a title.
