The first outdoor shoot of Colors' upcoming show, Naagin by Ekta Kapoor seems to be plagued by problems.

After the fight between actor Sanjay Nath and Director Santram Verma created a jolt in the proceedings on day one of shoot, a freaky injury to lead actress Mouni Roy resulted in an early pack-up the same day.

Wondering what happened to Mouni?

If sources are to be believed, Mouni was shooting for a scene where she was carrying a plate. And all of a sudden, she accidentally dropped the plate and it landed right on her nail. In a split second, the entire nail came out and the lady was bleeding.

An eye witness told us, "The scene was horrible as Mouni was in terrible pain. But she was so sportive and brave that she smiled through her pain and was even keen on clicking a snap of her bleeding toe."
We hear that she was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
