The topnotch action heroine Malashri once a dream girl on Kannada screen is on a blistering attack on silver screen in 'Veera' - a high voltage action drama. The film in the making last two years by Ramu Enterprises has been given the U/A certificate by the regional censor board recently. For the action portions the certificate was inevitable.

Malashri name goes with action today. She has two more in the pipeline - Election and Gharshane. 'Veera' with some of the latest inputs in the technique part gives the feel of a Hollywood action cinema.

'Veera' slated for release on 29th of March is a summer treat. This is expected to hit in 200 theatres - the highest number of theatre in the career of actress Malashri in over two decades stint.

Anil Kumar who directed Malashri in 'Shakthi' is the dialogue writer with punching dialogues. Rajesh Khatta is cameraman. Phalani Raj and Ravi Verma in stunts, Hamsalekha has scored music, Ismal in art, Imran Sardaria choreography add to the value of this cinema directed by Ayyappa P Sharma who had a recent hit 'Varadanayaka'.

Malashri has tormentors like Ashish Vidyarthi, Mukuldev, Rahul Dev, Mek from Hollywood and others on the screen. Komal Kumar has a running character. Sathya, Raju Thalikote, CR Simha, MN Lakshmi Devi, Anantha Velu are also in supporting cast.
