Maksim Chmerkovskiy is definitely not the one to sit like that. The bad boy of ballroom dancing went sightseeing around Mumbai and claims to have found some peace. Like every foreigner, the dancing dude sipped coffee at the Taj Mahal Palace and followed it by a city tour.

His next stop was at Mahatma Gandhi’s residence. Maksim posted on Instagram, “Visited the house where Mahatma Gandhi lived when he stayed in Bombay… Saw his room, possessions, books, and his letter to Hitler that starts with ‘dear Friend’ and encourages him to stop the madness… All I can say is that he wouldn’t approve of many things that go on in the world today. Brilliant, complex, yet simple man that possessed the power to see everything for what it actually could be instead of what it was… Feel a little more enlightened and peaceful today than I was yesterday…”

Well looks like Maksim has started enjoying his stay in India already
