We all remember Simple Kaul for her role of Sam in TV show 'Shararat'. The actress is soon going to be seen in Sab Tv's show 'Ziddi Dil Maane Na' which is a youth based show revolving around a young team of trained and civilian volunteers who meet at the Parakram SAF (Special Action Force) Base Camp. Simple spoke to News Helpline about the show and much more:

Talking about her character, she said, "I play the role of Koel in the show who is very independent. What goes inside her mind and heart, nobody knows. It is a very unconventional role. I have never done a role like Koel. She is bold, upfront and has a survivor instinct."

She further added, "Koel knows that she is beautiful and she gets attention for that from everyone. Whatever she wants to get in life, she will get it by hook or by crook. The character has many shades and layers."

Talking about the preparation for the role, she said."We did a lot of workshops and enjoyed a lot while prepping for the role. We learnt a lot from these workshops apart from acting. Whatever laziness had come into our lives due to the pandemic, everything is now gone."

Talking about the show, Simple added, "It is a youth based show. Shows like this used to be made for the internet only but for the first time it has been made for television. All the actors are too good in the show and I am hundred percent sure the audience will love the show."

The show Ziddi Dil Maane Na is starting on 30 August and  stars Shaalien Malhotra, Kaveri Priyam, Kunal Karan Kapoor, Diljot Chhabra, Aditya Deshmukh and Simple Kaul in lead roles.
