Strong willed business woman and a strict mom DD Patel played by Achint Kaur in Zee TV's show, 'Jamai Raja' will finally bid adieu to the show.

DD will die and the show is all set to take a three year leap with Sid and Roshni getting separated.

A source from the show revealed,  Achint has already put down her papers and was serving a notice period. And the makers had decided to end the character of DD by taking the story line to its climax".

When contacted Achint Kaur confirmed the news and shared, "It was going to happen eventually. It is not that I am quitting the show. My character was going to end only."
