Bringing together talent that goes beyond the ordinary, Colors launches India’s Got Talent season 5. Produced by FremantleMedia India, the talent will step away from the norms of conventional entertainment to etch their names in the pages of history. Judged by an esteemed jury panel comprising of the impeccable Kirron Kher, director par excellence Karan Johar and the elegant diva Malaika Arora Khan, the show will premiere on 11 January, 2014 and will air every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 pm on Colors.
Kirron Kher, one of the judges, says she and her co-judges filmmaker Karan Johar and actress Malaika Arora bring a lot of warmth on the show.
The show kick-starts its first episode with Bollywood’s favourite leading lady Madhuri Dixit-Nene who will join the judging panel while sharing inspirational stories and anecdotes with the participants. Subsequent episodes will also feature special guests including Remo D’souza, Manish Paul amongst others. This season of India’s Got Talent aims to enthrall viewers through unadulterated content with breathtaking, creative, bizarre and unique acts that will etch the participants’ names in the pages of Indian history. And with a grand stage awaiting them all, the only things that could hold the contestants back are the dreaded buzzers of the judges!
Kirron, who is associated with the show since the beginning, judged the first season with actress Sonali Bendre and director Shekher kapoor.In the second and third seasons, Kirron and Sonali were joined by Sajid Khan and Dharmendra, respectively.
Karan and Malaika entered the show as judges in the fourth season.
