Talented actress Pankhuri Awasthy is all set to enter Sony TV’s mythological show ‘Suryaputr Karn as Draupadi.

Sharing her excitement Pankhuri says, "When I was offered the role of Draupadi, the first thing that came to my mind was that after Razia, Draupadi is another strong character, which I surely wanted to explore and I am glad to have got the opportunity. I feel very good that I am being able to portray the different shades of Draupadi's life to the viewers."

Furthermore she adds, "This is a complete contrast from my previous character of Razia and I am very happy to play this role. Every day it's a new challenge to fit myself in her character and I hope I will do full justice to the role."
