Color’s popular series, ‘Uttaran’ which is been produced by FilmFarm India, is soon marks the new entry of Madhura Naik. The talented and beautiful actress, will play a parallel lead, opposite Ashfaque, essayed by Sahil Phull.

Madhura, who was last seen playing the other woman in Life OK’s Tumhari Paakhi, will essay the character of Nilofer, a simple, bubbly and positive girl.

According to the source, which states that Nilofer will come into the Shaikh family to live with them? She will be the sister of Khalid (Vineett Kumar), the son-in-law of the family. Saba (Mansi Sharma), Nilofer’s sister-in-law will plan and plot using Nilofer as her trump card. Saba has always wanted to stay with her brothers who are more well-to-do than her husband. Now since she is being forced to leave home to go with her husband, she will bring Nilofer into the picture and will instigate the girl to fall for Ashfaque and get married to him.

Nilofer’s entry will bring in a love triangle, as we already know that Ashfaque has fallen for Meethi’s (Tina Dutta) simplicity and elegance.
