The main cast for the film are Rama Shankar Tiwari, Mohini Ghosh, Avinash Shahi, Priya Sharma.

“Dil Ho Gail Kurbaan” is a family drama has finished its shot. The film is shot at Gujrat entirely and showcases true story from Bihar. In an interview Producer R S Tiwari said," I have made this film keeping in mind third generation. I hope my film contributes to the changing scenario."
