The real “Ghajini” and “Singham” one of the most versatile and hardworking actor, producer and telly presenter, Suriya, turns 40!! Here wishing him a very happy birthday!

Suriya was introduced to the industry in director Vasanth's Nerukku Ner and with Nandha he established his acting skills and domain in film industry.

Hits after hits, like Mounam Pesiyathe, Kaakha Kaakha, Pithamagan and Perazhagan made him the most sought after actor.

Then came Ghajini, Aaru and Vel, a super star was born, Suriya widened his mass appeal and reach. Ghajini particularly was a huge commercial hit which took Suriya all over the world. His looks and styles for the movie are unforgettable till date. Which were followed by super hits like Ayan, Aadhavan and Singam made him a universal hero!

Currently working on Singam 3 and 24 along with many other projects, Suriya would be raring to go and reclaim the king's throne in the coming months.

Suriya married co-star Jyothika in 2006, couple are blessed with two kids, Diya and Dev.
