Tirupati Express actress Kriti Kharbanda, who was flying from Bangalore to Hyderabad in an Air India Flight on 16th August, as she was checking in her luggage at the Kempe Gowda International Airport in Bangalore and asked her to play extra for her baggage.

But, Kriti Kharbanda refused to pay extra amount and asked why should she pay when she had taken a flight on the same carrier just few days ago and she had not paid extra amount. 

The man at the check-in counter at the Kempe Gowda International Airport in Bangalore, replied rudely and didn't answer her question correctly. He had continued to talk rudely with Kriti  and dismissed her concerns after the involvement of a duty manager. The actress said she is going to lodge a complaint against check-in counter man, where she had written an open letter to Air India on her Facebook page over the harassment to the fore.
