The first look of Pooja from the film is quite intriguing and will leave you asking for more. On the poster, the actress is seen in a desi avatar riding a cycle. The actress will be seen in a very different role. Her village girl look is already winning the Internet.

Valmiki is helmed by Harish Shankar, starring Pooja Hegde and Varun Tej in the leading roles. Pooja will be playing the role of a movie actress in this dark comedy that is based on the Tamil hit ‘Jigarthanda’. And actor Varun Tej is playing the lead role in the film. Produced by 14 Reels Plus, ‘Valmiki’ is set to release on September 13, 2019.

Apart from Valmiki, Pooja Hegde will be seen opposite superstar Prabhas in his next film which will be directed by Radha Krishna Kumar. She is also shooting for Allu Arjun's ‘Ala Vaikuntapuramlo’ that is releasing on Sankranthi 2020.
