Telugu superstar and politician Pawan Kalyan has always been up-front when it comes to social causes, recently he took out time from his busy schedule to meet his young fan suffering from serious illness.

“Make A Wish Foundation” an organization dedicated to fulfill wishes of children suffering from terminal diseases, approached Pawan about a 12-year-old girl Srija, suffering from Brain tumor, from Khammam, who always wanted to meet actor Pawan Kalyan, the actor heard about her request and he agreed readily.

He spent some quality time with Srija, a young girl of 12 years old, who was comatose since December; Super Star Pawan visited her while she was sick and now again, when she is out of Coma.

"Pawan Kalyan spent about two hours with Srija and her family in his office. He was extremely happy that the 12-year-old has fully recovered," read a statement from Pawan's office.
